Skyping with the Monticello Gardener

Last week, the giraffe class wrapped up our science unit on plants by connecting with Mrs. Bowyer and Ms. Pat Browdowski, one of the official gardeners at Monticello.  Using Skype, we were able to see the Monticello gardens, and Ms. Pat shared information about vegetables and seasons.  We are excited to connect with them both again in a few weeks!
