Parts of a Plant

This month we are learning all about plants.  We've tweeted some of our "I wonder" questions to other classrooms, and we've worked with the 1st graders in the Butterfly class to learn more about the parts of a plant.  Yesterday, we created models of the four parts of a plant that we have learned about this week in science: roots, stems, leaves, and flowers.  The Butterfly class helped us make labels for each of these parts.
