Making Monuments

This week, we learned about some of our nation's past presidents, and we discussed the memorials, monuments, and statues that were created to honor them.  We created portraits of both Lincoln and Washington, and today we collaborated with the 1st graders in the Butterfly Class to create monuments of our own.
